American English Lesson: How to Pronounce L and R: Many English as a Second Language Learners (ESOL/ESL) have challenges in pronouncing some sounds in the English Language. This is true for anyone learning a new language, there will be sounds in the second language that is being learnt that are different from the native tongue and could be difficult to pronounce. In this short video, I share some tips I used to teach a Japanese friend how to pronounce L and R sounds that are unique in American English speech.
