Hygiene Lessons from India and America:

Authentic Journeys - Global Transitions Made Easier

Hygiene Culture Shock Experience (My personal experience with hygiene lifestyle change.)

In 1998, I worked at Harvard University. During this time, I learned an important lesson in hygiene of the body- and inner self. What does it mean to be true to yourself and be successful in a new culture? When should we give up and adjust to new things to be successful and when should we try for a more balanced (Hygenic) approach? PUN intended!

Bathing Cultures: America vs. India

There are different habits that revolve around bathing kids and teaching hygiene and a good time to bathe/clean. This is a comparison between cultures that I have noticed having been raised by American parents and understanding the lifestyle and parenting habits in India.
